Elevation Foundation is proud to have sponsored the cooking demonstration by renowned Gumbaynggir chef Clayton Donovan at the City of Sydney’s NAIDOC in the City event in Hyde Park on Monday 6th July 2015.
Guests were treated to interactive cooking demonstrations and feasting that was designed to give people a taste of traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander foods including bush tomato and tomato sauce, quinoa and aniseed myrtle dressing and Kangaroo san choy bow.
